Introducing Walmart Bill Pay (WMBP)

Walmart Bill Pay is a bill payment service offered at over 4,000 Walmart stores throughout the U.S. This service allows you to pay your Conexon Connect bill in person during normal Walmart business hours, including nights and weekends. Payments are posted immediately to ensure that your account is always up-to-date and accurate.

WMBP Accepted Payment Types

The following payment types are available with Walmart Bill Pay:

  1. Cash
  2. Debit
  3. UcardsTM

How Walmart Bill Pay (WMBP) Works

  1. Visit your local Walmart Retailer.
  2. Visit the Walmart Money Center or Customer Service Desk
    (Please note that Walmart Bill Pay is not available within the checkout aisles of stores)
  3. Provide our business name (Conexon Connect) and your account number (which can be found by logging into MyBroadbandAccount or calling a Member Services Representative at 844-542-6663).  Accounts cannot be located by address, customer name, or balance due.
  4. Specify the amount you wish to pay (Associates do not receive balance information)
  5. Pay your bill using cash, debit or UcardsTM
  6. Ask the Walmart associate to process their payment using “WMBP same-day processing. Walmart offers various in-store payments for a variety of billers. To ensure payments are processed immediately, customers must indicate that they wish to use Walmart Bill Pay and the WMBP abbreviation as the payment provider.


Once paid, the transaction is complete. The associate will provide a receipt that contains the Walmart location, date and time of payment, biller’s name, transaction reference number, and the amount paid. All payments made using Walmart Bill Pay (WMBP) post immediately, regardless of when they are paid.
